Thai Red Chicken By Gulzar Hussain




Ingredients:


Chicken with Bone 500 Grams
Coconut Milk  1 Cup
Red Curry Paste  2-3 tbsp
Fish Sauce   2-3 tbsp
Mushrooms  1 Cup
Lemon Leaves   4-5
Garlic   6-5 Cloves
Crushed Black Paper   ½ tsp
Finely Crushed Red Chili  2-3
Basil Leaves  10-12
Oil  3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

First put a cooking pan on stove and add 3-4 tbsp of oil add 5-6 chopped garlic and 500 grams of chicken with bone when the chicken color is changed then add 2-3 tbsp of red curry paste and 2-3 tbsp of fish sauce, 4-5 lemon leaves, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 2-3 tbsp of red chili flakes, cook 4-5 minutes. At last 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 cup of water to make a gravy when the gravy is thicken, dish out on serving bowl , 2-3 chopped red chilies, 10-12 basil leaves garnish and serve it hot.



Chicken Pepper Steak by Zarnak Sidhwa



Ingredients:

Chicken breasts 2

Crushed garlic 1 tsp 

Chili sauce 2 tbsp 

Soya sauce 2 tbsp 
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp 
HP sauce 1 tbsp 
Salt 1/4 tsp 
Black pepper 1/4 tsp 
Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp 
Oil 2 tbsp

To Serve with:
Baked potato 1 
Steamed vegetables
For Pepper Sauce:
Butter 1 tbsp 
Flour 2 tsp 
HP sauce 1 tbsp 
Salt 1/4 tsp 
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp 
Stock 1/2 cup 
Cream 2 tbsp 

Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp

Method:


For Pepper Sauce: Heat butter the put flour, salt, crushed black pepper and stock and cook until thick. Lastly add cream and rosemary. 

For Steak: Marinate chicken with all ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes until it is ready. Then add pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Remove in a sizzler plate already heated directly on stove. Serve with baked potato and steamed vegetables.
